WARRANTIES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

EACH OF OUR PRODUCTS COMES WITH A WARRANTY DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOU AND TO ENSURE YOUR SATISFACTION. OUR WARRANTY PROVIDES FOR PRODUCT REFUNDS, FOR ANY REASON, AND ALSO PROVIDES FOR FREE PARTS REPLACEMENT IN CASE OF MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

GENERAL TERMS

  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Refunds are made only to the original purchaser, and re-paid via the original payment method.
  • To receive a refund, all items shipped in the original package must be returned.
  • We require no return authorizations, and we do not charge any re-stocking fees when items are accepted for refunds or exchange, within the Warranty Period.
  • The Warranty Period is based on shipping location (USA vs INT’L), the specific product, and on the Date of your Receipt.
  • Merchandise postmarked after the Warranty Period has expired will NOT be processed, will NOT be returned to you, and we will NOT notify you if this happens.

 IF YOUR WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE!


To get a refund, or to exchange items, you must return the item(s) during the Warranty Period.
If your warranty is in effect, send us the REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FORM with the merchandise being returned, and also enclose a copy of your Receipt.
Shipping is free when items are exchanged.

The DORSI-STRAP
and DORSI-STRAP PRO WARRANTY

30 DAYS FULL SATISFACTION, OR MONEY-BACK
(45 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

If, for any reason, a purchaser of a DORSI-STRAP (or DORSI-STRAP PRO) is dissatisfied with the product, all device components should be returned to X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, at the customer's expense, within 30 days of initial receipt. Since the shoe that the DORSI-STRAP is attached to is supplied by the user and is not part of the device, the shoe should NOT be sent to us.

X-STRAP® SYSTEMS will replace components of a DORSI-STRAP, at no charge, for a period of 90 days from our original Shipment Date, and will pay return postage. Replacements will be made if the damaged component is sent to us, at customer's expense, and if we determine, at our discretion, that the damage was a result of normal wear-and-tear, or due to a materials or manufacturing defect. DORSI-STRAP transfers from one shoe to another, and shoe repairs, are NOT covered.

THE DORSI-LITE WARRANTY
(ADULT & CHILDREN'S SIZES)

If, for any reason, a purchaser of a DORSI-LITE is dissatisfied with the product, all device components should be returned, along with the Refunds and Exchanges Form properly filled out, to X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, at the customer's expense, within 30 days of initial receipt, for a prompt full refund of the purchase price.

If, for any reason, a purchaser of the DYNAMIC-ARM-SLING is dissatisfied with the product, all D-A-S components should be returned to X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, at the customer's expense, within 30 days of initial receipt, for a prompt, full refund of the purchase price.

X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, the manufacturer, will replace components of the D-A-S, at no charge, for a period of 90 days from the original Shipment Date, and will pay return postage. Replacements will be made if the damaged component is returned, at customer’s expense, and if we determine that the damage was a result of normal wear-and-tear, or due to a materials or manufacturing defect.

THE SPRAIN-GUARD WARRANTY

60 DAYS FULL SATISFACTION, OR MONEY-BACK

If, for any reason, a purchaser of a SPRAIN-GUARD™ is dissatisfied with the product, the shoe, with the device attached, should be sent to X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, at the customer's expense, within 60 days of initial receipt. This device is professionally attached to the shoe in a semi-permanent manner, and, for safety reasons, should NOT be removed from the shoe by the customer. We will remove the device from the shoe, and return the shoe, postage paid and insured, with a refund in the original amount (shipping costs NOT included). X-STRAP® SYSTEMS will NOT be responsible, under any circumstances, for damage to shoes as a result of attachment, removal or use of the SPRAIN-GUARD™.

3 Months FREE PARTS & LABOR

The SPRAIN-GUARD™ is durable. However, as with any fabric item that is used, some wear will occur over time. Periodically (approximately every other week), the user should inspect the device components, and the components' attachments to the shoe, to identify and make repairs, if needed.

X-STRAP® SYSTEMS, will, at its sole discretion repair or replace the components of a SPRAIN-GUARD™ and/or the attachments to the shoe, AT NO CHARGE for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS from our original Shipment Date, and will pay return postage on items sent for repair. Repairs or replacements will be made if the shoe with the attached device is sent to us, at customer's expense, and if we determine that the damage was a result of normal wear-and-tear, or due to a materials or manufacturing defect. If, upon receipt, in our sole opinion, the shoe is considered unsafe, we will return the items, as received, with a written explanation.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE SPRAIN-GUARD™ 6-Months PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY
1. Damage other than normal wear-and-tear is NOT covered under this warranty.
2. The transfer of a SPRAIN-GUARD™ from one shoe to another is NOT covered under this warranty.
3. Shoe repairs are NOT covered under this warranty. X-STRAP® SYSTEMS will NOT repair shoes.
