DOES X-STRAP® SYSTEMS PROVIDE WARRANTIES WITH ITS PRODUCTS?
ABSOLUTELY!!
Every one of our products comes with a warranty that enables the purchaser to evaluate the product for at least 30 days, and that protects against materials and/or manufacturing defects for at least 90 days from our date of shipment. Warranty periods are extended for International shipments to allow for longer times in transit.
Every new X-Strap® products is warranted, as follows:
· The Dorsi-Strap™ and Dorsi-Lite™ come with a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back warranty (45 days for International shipments).
· The Sprain-Guard™ comes with a 60-day full satisfaction warranty.
Every product is also warranted to protect the purchaser from materials and/or manufacturing defects.
· The Dorsi-Strap™ and the Dorsi-Lite™ come with 90-day free parts replacement warranties (120 days for International shipments).
· The Sprain-Guard™ comes with a 180-day parts replacement warranty (USA only).
· Sprain-Guard™ Transfers come with a 90-day warranty.
Note that there are no re-stocking fees on returned items, and that no prior return authorization is required.Full or partial refunds are made only via the same method used to pay for the order originally.

HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WARRANTY?
To take advantage of our warranty during the warranty period:
Ø Send us a note containing the following:
- Instructions telling us that you want us to provide a refund, or replace parts
- The name and address of the person who originally ordered the product
- The name and address where the refund, or the replacement part, should be sent
- A phone number and/or E-mail address where we can reach you if we have a question
- Please tell us why you want a refund (this is optional, but we're interested to know)

Note also that shipping charges are NOT refunded.
Full or partial refunds are made only via the same method used to pay for the order originally.
When returning items for a refund, we strongly recommend that you insure your shipment for the full value of the product, and also purchase delivery confirmation, or some form of tracking service. Also be sure to include your sales receipt or credit card receipt.
Items MUST be returned within the warranty period, which begins one week after the date any order was shipped by us, as described in the product’s documentation. Please check the date on your sales or credit card receipt before returning an item for a refund. Returned items that are received by us after the warranty period has ended will NOT be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.
