TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY THE SPRAIN-GUARD™ MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY ATTACHED TO THE SHOE BY US. WHEN YOU SEND US YOUR SHOE, WE'LL HAVE IT BACK TO YOU IN ABOUT A WEEK.

When we receive your order, we will check your shoe for compatibility with the Sprain-Guard™ before making the attachment. If we find that the shoe is incompatible, for any reason, we will return your order, unfilled, with an explanation. 

Only shoes with a reasonable remaining service life should be selected for Sprain-Guard™ attachment. 
 

TRANSFERRING YOUR SPRAIN-GUARD™ TO ANOTHER SHOE The SPRAIN-GUARD™ will normally outlast one, or possibly two pairs of shoes. You’ll find it both safe and economical to continue your sprain protection by transferring your SPRAIN-GUARD™ to a new shoe as the old shoe wears out. For your safety, SPRAIN-GUARD™ transfers must ONLY be made by X-STRAP® SYSTEMS. Since you must send us your shoe(s) so that we can do the transfer, we do not accept Internet, telephone, credit card or fax orders. SPRAIN-GUARD™ Transfers Price: $35 for one, two for $70 + $5 return shipping and handling. To transfer your SPRAIN-GUARD™ to another shoe: Print our Transfer Form on your printer – Click Here to print the Transfer Form on Your Printer, then click on your browser's "PRINT" button.** Send us: the old shoe from which the SPRAIN-GUARD™ is to be removed and the new shoe to which the SPRAIN-GUARD™ is to be attached, the completed Transfer Form, and your check or money order.
