1. ORDERING OPTIONS


 DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS - Prices are the same no matter how you order!

- On-line at this website
  • Order on-line and pay with your credit/debit card
  • Order on-line, then link to PayPal, and pay via your PayPal account, or credit/debit card
  • Click at our Ordering page (in top menu bar), to be re-directed to our eBay store:
    -Pay with your PayPal account balance

For international orders, customs and postal charges may also be assessed locally, by the destination country, once the package has arrived, and may include one or more of the following: import duty, excise duty, vat, mail clearance fee, additional postage, etc.

Any such locally-assessed charges must be paid by the recipient in order to clear Customs. Although frequently not assessed, these charges may be equal to 10%, or more, of the invoiced value of the merchandise.

Customers that order from us, under these terms, who are later unwilling to pay the fees, and refuse to accept the shipment from Customs, will be credited for the value of the merchandise only (not for the shipping charges), when Customs returns the shipment to us.

3. SHIPPING POLICIES AND COSTS


 DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS
  • Orders paid via credit/debit card or money order are normally shipped the day after we receive payment.
  • Orders paid by check are shipped once the check has cleared.
  • Regular Orders are normally shipped via First Class or Priority mail (our choice), with Delivery Confirmation. There is a Shipping and Handling charge of $7.00 for any regular shipment to a U.S.A. location. Time in transit, depending on your location, is usually 2-4 business days from the time we give your package to the Post Office.
  • Express Mail shipping is available optionally for $25.00, per shipment. Time in transit, depending on your location, is usually 1-2 business days from the time we give your package to the Post Office.
    -Sunday deliveries are made to many locations.
    -Some locations require 3-business day transit time.
    -Signature waver option is available, on request, if the shipment is to be left by your door without a signature.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
  • CC ORDERS ONLY, normally shipped the day after we receive payment.
  • Shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (Air Mail). There is a Shipping and Handling charge of $14.00 per shipment. Time in transit takes approximately 7 to 14 business days. Customs processing by the destination country may extend the time in transit.
  • We Ship to the Following Countries:

COMBINED SHIPPING (Worldwide)

Ordering multiple products at the same time, to be shipped to the same location, will save you money, because shipping charges are per shipment, and are not based on items ordered, or weight.

Any order that contains multiple items, and/or any orders that are received on the same day, and can be identified as going to the same shipping location, will be automatically combined by us, and we will only charge for a single shipment.

If you paid multiple shipping charges in multiple orders, when we combine these orders into a single shipment, we will automatically refund the excess shipping amounts that were charged.

4. PAYMENTS

Merchant Services
  • Payment must be made in advance of shipment.
  • Payment must be in US dollars ($).

 DOMESTIC USA SHIPMENTS
  • For DOMESTIC USA orders, made at this website, we accept credit/debit cards, checks, and money orders. Payments may also be made at our e-Bay store using PayPal. Payment must be made in advance of shipment.
  • We do not accept COD orders. Please do not send cash through the mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
  • For International shipments, for orders placed at this website, payment must be paid via CREDIT/DEBIT cards ONLY!
  • For International shipments, for orders placed at our eBay store), payments must be made with your PayPal account balance.

5. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

 

All our products come with a warranty to protect you, and to ensure your satisfaction.

Each product we sell comes with a warranty that covers refunds, enabling you, the purchaser, to evaluate the product for approximately 30 days from our date of shipment. Each product also comes with a warranty that covers free parts replacement, to protect the purchaser against materials and/or manufacturing defects, for approximately 90 days from our date of shipment. Warranty periods are extended for International shipments to allow for longer times in transit.
Warranty terms are included in the Refunds and Exchanges form that accompanies every order we ship.

In order to receive a refund under this warranty, the merchandise must be returned within the warranty period (within 30 days of the Shipping Date shown on the receipt for domestic USA orders, and 45 days for all International orders).

Merchandise postmarked AFTER the warranty period has expired, will not be processed, will not be returned to the sender, and we will not notify the sender that we are rejecting the refund request.

Full or partial refunds will only be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order originally.
A. Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded as credits to those same accounts.
B. PayPal orders will be refunded via PayPal.
C. Check or Money Order payments will be refunded via X-Strap Systems company check.

6. INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

 At X-Strap® Systems, we design, manufacture and sell the most effective and comfortable orthopedic devices. We do not, however, process claims for insurance reimbursements for our customers for items sold by us.

We can assist you in filing a claim, either personally or through your doctor, by providing, upon request, "paid" invoices for items purchased.
