DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES?

YES, WE DO.

Any orders that contain multiple items, and/or multiple orders that are received on the same day and can be identified as going to the same party and shipping location, will be automatically combined by us.

We will only charge the standard amount for a single shipment, no matter which type of shipping method you selected, and no matter how many items are ordered, what the total shipping weight actually is, or how much actual postage charges turn out to be.

If you paid for multiple shipments on-line (either by mistake, or because you ordered more than once on the same day), when we combine these items for shipment, we will automatically refund the excess shipping amounts that you were charged, using the method of payment you used to pay us with.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?

YES, WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

We ship to most countries in North and South America, Europe and the UK, and the Far East.

Time in transit is normally 6-10 business days from the time we give your package to the Post Office.

We Ship to the Following Countries:

For international orders, customs and postal charges may also be assessed locally, by the destination country, once the package has arrived, and may include one or more of the following: import duty, excise duty, vat, mail clearance fee, additional postage, etc.

Any such locally-assessed charges must be paid by the recipient in order to clear Customs. Although frequently not assessed, these charges may be equal to 10%, or more, of the invoiced value of the merchandise.

Customers that order from us, under these terms, who are later unwilling to pay the fees, and refuse to accept the shipment from Customs, will be credited for the value of the merchandise only (not for the shipping charges), when Customs returns the shipment to us.

PEOPLE NOT WILLING TO PAY LOCAL IMPORT FEES SHOULD NOT ORDER FROM US.

HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO GET MY X-STRAP
® PRODUCT?

We ship worldwide, and normally ship most orders the day after payment is received when paid by money order, and by any form of electronic payment, such as debit/credit card, PayPal balance, or electronic transfers. Orders paid by check are shipped when the check has cleared.

U.S.A. Shipments

Our normal shipping method to USA locations is via USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail (our choice), with Delivery Confirmation. Time in transit is normally 2-4 business days from the time your parcel is given to the Post Office.

Sprain-Guard orders normally require 3 additional business days to process, and are shipped via insured Priority Mail.

Express Mail shipments to USA locations are available optionally at a higher shipping charge. Time in transit to most locations is normally 1-2 business days from the time the parcel is given to the Post Office. Some locations require 3 business days in transit.

Let us know if you want to waive the requirement for a signature, so that the Express Mail package can be left by the door if no one is at home to sign for it.

International Shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (Air Mail). Time in transit is normally estimated to take between 6 and 10 business days.

Customs processing in the destination country may extend the time in transit.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We charge a small, flat rate for Domestic USA shipments (other than Express Mail), and we charge a slightly higher flat rate for International shipments, irrespective of the number of items shipped, or the total weight of the package, or the actual postage costs.

With International shipments (for orders shipped outside of the USA), additional customs and postal charges may be assessed locally by the destination country once the package has arrived, and may include one or more of the following: import duty, excise duty, vat, mail clearance fee, etc.
Any such locally-assessed charges must be paid by the recipient.
It is our experience that such additional charges are rarely assessed.

In order to avoid these charges, when multiple items are ordered, we may ship your items in more than one package, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping charges for Sprain-Guard orders (new Sprain-Guards and Sprain-Guard transfers) are included in the price of the product or service.

HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES COMPUTED?

We have separated our product prices from the shipping charges primarily because shipping costs, which are not under our control, change so frequently. This approach enables us to change our shipping charges, if necessary, while maintaining the low prices of our products.

We have set our domestic and international shipping charges so that they cover most of our costs. We do not attempt to make money on shipping fees. Our rates, in most cases, are approximately equal to our actual costs for shipping a single item, and are usually less than our actual costs when multiple items are combined into a single shipment.

Shipping charges cover many things, in addition to the actual Postage Fees:

-              Ordering, storing and folding packaging materials, (envelopes, boxes, cushioning materials and tape).
-              Putting the item(s) ordered into the package, and sealing the package for shipping.
-              Preparing shipping and tracking labels, and documentation for foreign Customs (where applicable).
-              Transporting the package to, and turning the package over to, the post office.
-              Postage fees charged by the post office.

We charge a FLAT FEE for each shipment, whether domestic or International, no matter how many items are ordered, no matter how much the package weighs, and no matter how much the actual postal fees turn out to be.
